Implementation Strategy for Bonuses
- Performance Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are calculated on the base commission amount only.
- Volume Tracking: These metrics should be tracked on a quarterly basis to provide agents enough time to hit their targets.
- Clawback Clause: You may want to include a clause stating that if a student drops out or a tenant breaks a lease within the first 3 months, the agent’s commission (or at least the bonus portion) is subject to reversal.

1. Who can become an Affiliate or BPC Agent?
Anyone interested in real estate marketing or lead generation can join as an Affiliate or BPC (Business Promotion & Channel) Agent. You can be an individual, freelancer, or small agency — no prior real estate experience required.
2. How do I register?
Register via the Celopestate.in Partner Form. Once verified, you’ll receive your Agent ID / Referral Code to track leads and sales.
3. How are leads and sales tracked?
- All leads must be submitted using your Agent ID or email ID & phone number.
- Tracking is done through the official Celopestate Partner Portal / CRM.
- Updates are shared via WhatsApp or email once a lead is verified or converted.
4. What if two agents share the same lead?
- The system follows a first-come, first-serve policy.
- The first agent to enter the lead gets credit for the lead ownership.
- However, if another agent closes the sale, the sale credit goes to the agent who completed the final sale.
- For lead & sales model, you can save your customer contact details. Also we will share the lead entry details weekly on Saturday on Google sheets (email) only.
5. How is commission calculated and paid?
- Commission is based on confirmed and registered sales only.
- Payouts are released within 60 working days after the sale is verified.
- Bank / UPI transfer only — no cash transactions.
- Rates vary by project, location, and property type (plots, villas, apartments).
6. Can I promote projects online?
Yes. You can share verified Celopestate project listings, offers, and creatives on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube — using your referral ID or phone number.
🚫 Avoid posting fake prices, photos, or unrelated offers.
7. Can I work with multiple developers?
Yes, Celopestate allows you to promote multiple builders and projects. You can also partner with local agents or franchises for better conversions.
8. What if my lead contacts Celopestate directly?
If your lead was already registered under your ID, it remains tagged to you. The system validates timestamp and sales status to ensure fair credit.
9. Are there any joining fees?
No joining fees. You only need to follow company policies and maintain transparency in lead submission. The BPC may join our membership license fee , get best income & awards.
