How do I list a property as a Channel Partner?
You can list a property by either filling out the form on our website or by contacting our team directly. We will guide you through the process and ensure all necessary information is collected to create an accurate and appealing listing.


Are there any upfront fees to list a property?
No, we do not charge any upfront fees or brokerage fees for listing properties on our platform.


How does your fee structure work?
We operate on a performance-based model. You only pay a commission or agreed-upon fee when a property is successfully sold or rented through our platform. This means you only pay when you get a result.


What is the fee percentage?
The commission or agreed-upon fee is discussed and determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific property and transaction type (sale or rent). We will finalize the fee with you before the listing goes live.

Are you registered with RERA?
We are not registered with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority). We operate as a marketplace and a consulting firm that facilitates connections between property owners, developers, and potential buyers or renters. Our role is to provide a platform and expert guidance, not to act as a registered broker or agent.


Do I need to provide any legal documents?
Yes, we require you to provide us with the necessary legal documents and details for the properties you list. This ensures transparency and builds trust with potential clients. We will inform you of the specific documents needed during the listing process.

Can I get leads from you?
Yes. Qualified leads are shared daily through our CRM system.


How do you protect my data?

We take data privacy very seriously. All information you provide is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of listing and promoting your properties on our platform. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.


Rent Agreement & Payments

  1. Payment on Platform:
    All rent payments must be made directly through our official platform — Celopestate.in.
  2. Commission Deduction:
    A one-time commission of 50% of the first month’s rent (or up to ₹20,000, whichever is lower) will be deducted from the initial rent payment only.
  3. Commission Options:
    • One-Time Commission: Pay once during the first rent cycle.
    • Regular Commission: Opt for a low monthly commission structure, deducted automatically with each rent payment.
  4. Non-Compliance:
    If rent payments are not made through Celopestate.in, the property listing may be delisted immediately, and tenant leads will be redirected to other available properties on the platform.
  5. Rent Agreement:
    A digital or physical Rent Agreement must be executed between the tenant and landlord through Celopestate’s partner services before occupancy.
